A.O.E. Operators, Inc was created as an operating entity to operate Oil & Gas properties in the states of New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and primarily in the State of Texas. We are currently operating properties in the Permian Basin, the East Texas Basin and along the Texas Gulf Coast.  We have operated properties in Louisiana and along the Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin.

American Oifield Engineers, Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide engineering and field supervision services to the oil and gas industry. We have designed drilling, completion, workover and plug and abandonment procedures for our clients. Additionally, we have provided the field expertise to execute these procedures.
